Charlotte, NC and Columbus, NC. Interest only at 10% payable at $2,050 per month. This note is seasoned for 5 years and has 5 more years of payments with a balloon. No discount will be offered for this note since it is bread and butter income at 10% and well seasoned with payments always on time.
