I have several good notes that are available for investment if you desire to achieve a high yield on your cash.  Give me a call if you have a need to invest your cash for a better well secured return.  Current list as follows:  

1. $35,000 first TD Mortgage secured by 5 acres of residential estate land.  8% interest $45,000 sales price, $10,000 down payment, payable at $270.14 per month 25 year amortized.  Will discount to $25,000  

2.  $250,000 in a first and second mortgage secured by 11 acres of commercial land at end of off ramp on hwy 74 express way between Charlotte, NC and Columbus, NC.  Interest only at 10% payable at $2,050 per month.  This note is seasoned for 5 years and has 5 more years of payments with a balloon.  No discount will be offered for this note since it is bread and butter income at 10% and well seasoned with payments always on time.
